Mommy and daddy brought me home on October 25, 2012. When mommy held me for the first time I stepped right up on her finger and hopped onto her shoulder, she knew from that moment on that we would be the best of friends. I was hand fed and only 12 weeks old when mommy and daddy brought me home from Stephanie's Exotic Birds in Greensboro North Carolina. At first I was a little shy, and I couldn't believe that my new cage was so big! I was still learning how to eat on my own so mommy put seeds and vegetables on the bottom of the cage for me in peanut butter lids. I was very interested in listening to mommy and daddy talk, and after about 3-4 days I began to chime in with my quite baby voice. This is a picture of me on my first day in my new home!
